« Local avenue for beach days and nearby necessities. I experienced a decent mix of good & bad at this location. Noisy neighbors live upstairs, which can be distracting if you plan on spending a large majority of your time inside. Otherwise, there is a park and beach nearby, while being located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Personally, I will not return, but I recommend to anyone looking for a new experience in Norfolk, VA. »

« Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed. »

« The modern decor, cleanliness (comfortable bedding) and proximity to the beach was very nice. Unfortunately there was road construction right next to the property and parking was very tight. Units below us had odors that wafted up and loud music was played past midnight. Communicating with the manager seemed to be via AI and did not feel personal although they were responsive. Bath fixtures were coming off the wall and they had insect spraying scheduled during our stay which was not ideal but we...

« The property was nice and clean, but hard to keep clean with all the road construction and sand. We did our best, but a swiffer would have been nice. The apartment is across the street from a park, where we could walk dogs very easily. It also had a Farmer's Market on Saturday which was very handy for fresh vegetables. It was a really great location for two dogs.....and many of the guests had pets. »
