'We experienced water outages on all three days of our stay, and I am very disappointed. We paid for good service, and this is not the level of service we expected. When I called the front desk, the staff responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. About 30 minutes later, a maintenance technician arrived and told us that the issue occurred because the property was fully occupied. Regardless of the reason, this situation was unacceptable and significantly affected our stay.'

'I would not recommend this La Quinta. The first issue was the pet fee. The hotel advertises a $25 per night pet fee for up to two pets, but I was charged $25 per dog, per night. Nowhere did it state that the fee was per pet. Just like a hotel room rate is charged per night—not per person—the wording clearly suggests the pet fee covers up to two pets. This property is also outdated and far from what I expected. To make matters worse, they charge for parking. I’m not sure why, considering there...

'The hotel it’s ok, very clean and with a lot of space in the room, but honestly, when it comes to security, it leaves a lot to be desired. Because of the time we arrived, we had to park inside the hotel grounds but far from the main entrance, and when we left in the morning, our SUV was scratched. To be honest, I am very disappointed.'

'Pool needed to be cleaned, TV wasn’t working, Maintenance said we didn’t know how to use it. We did. It wasn’t working, but when we went into the room when he was there, he started getting upset at us. Complaining about other maintenance issues from other guests. Very unprofessional. We also had to walk 4 flights of stairs when we checked out because the lights went out. Only one elevator and the one that was available would shake. We have stayed there three times. This will be the last time.'
