Chalets in Noordwest-Pennsylvania

'Staff helpful'

'I stay there often. Highly recommended if you are traveling to Meadville.'

'Goed vond ik het eten in het restaurant, en de bedden. Niet goed vond ik de afwerking van de kamers, en de overlast van de feestende/vechtende gasten. Voor een dusdanig dure kamer verwacht ik meer dan dit, en op zijn minst een ontbijt in de ochtend.'

'We had booked this for an overnight stay during a road trip. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the fact that we booked this specifically because there was a hot tub and a pool, and unfortunately the hot tub was out of service. Given the dust on the note saying “do not enter”, it looked like it was possibly out of service for some time.'

'This was perfect for a little getaway! Right on the lake, the sunset was gorgeous! Will definitely be back!'

'Except for the check-in, everything was just fine. Check-in host (male) was barely helpful and lacked greatly in customer service skills. However, the rest of the staff more than made up for that one black spot. This model was not the best place I’ve stayed, but not the worst, either. I would stay here again; just please remind your host that he needs to display good customer service skills.'
