'No hot food no tv on Friday. Guest left dog in room and dog barked alot. Staff did try to locate them.'

'First part of week was fine. Booked a room with king size bed. They wanted to refinish the bathtub and moved us to another room for the last 2 days. It was a double queen bed that was hard as a rock, couldn’t get very good sleep. Why not just leave us in the comfortable king size room for 2 more days and work on the tub after we check out'

'Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area. The hotel, itself, was nice, clean and well maintained and very quiet. The staff was the best I've experienced in my travels. So very friendly and helpful. Definitely got that small town feel. LOVED it!!'

'Rooms were small but clean and modern. Nice seating pad near the window. Overall look of hotel was nice! Fitness room had three machines that were usable but all had its defaults.. Breakfast was really good, apples and oranges were nice! Eggs and sausage/biscuits and gravy also. Management wasnt very friendly, no spontaneaous greetings on every encounter. Didnt seem very interested or pleased with running the hotel.. Close to the shoals which was good!'

'The room was very large! Plenty room for family. The pool was beautiful. Also you can enjoy sitting around the firepit, there is an exercise room and also basketball area. Breakfast was excellent...It is large, alot of choices!!'

'Will never book a Quality Inn room again. Reserved room thru 3rd party, payment went thru just fine. Had a 16’ Penske truck and parked in front of office to check in. Was told to move truck out in dirt area. Said ok but needed to check in first bcuz I’m not carrying all my luggage across dirt lot. Was told no that we had to move truck first so she could see truck was moved. That’s just stupid! Made no sense but brought all stuff inside office then moved truck. I asked why and was sarcastically...
