« Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium. The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above. Thank you »

« The room was wonderful but the uncleanliness of the casino really brought the ratings down the beverage station was messy and the labeling on the sweetener and creamer were missing cups there were strewn around. The slots were very unclean with beverage cups stacked in each other and the ashtrays were overflowing. I won’t be returning or recommending the casino to anyone. The Cherokee need to get a handle on that or they will lose more business than ours. Pocola Casino was excellent and...
