'This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!'

'Staying at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was a great and grand experience! All of the employees were very nice, welcoming, professional, and overall the resort was simply beautiful and amazing! The food was superb, delicious, and amazingly great! I would recommend anyone to reside at the Grand Palladium if they are going to visit Jamaica!'

'Had to change rooms because of lack of warm water, sharp bed edges, barking dogs etc etc. Other room was better but had a television attached to the ceiling in the middle at 1.85 cm ! Roofs are made out of Aluminium plates...so every drop of rain can be heard.. Restaurant is ok but overpriced. So are the rooms'

'I recently stayed at this hotel for four days. The facility itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff members were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my stay was negatively impacted by a bathroom issue that was never resolved. From the first day, the shower drain was not working properly. The water would not recede after showering and would remain standing in the shower for an extended period of time. I reported the issue immediately and made numerous complaints...
