'Good'

'The friendly staff…. From checking in to checking out. Georgia and Angie at the front desk, Martha’s restaurant Michaela, the concierge Marlon, my housekeeper, overall everyone we encountered was just fabulous. Big shout out to the names I forget. Arlene'

'My husband and I booked a luxury ocean view room that was supposedly upgraded to diamond. It seems the upgrade was being on the 7th floor. The room itself was basic and very small, however it was clean and the view was lovely. The staff are very friendly and polite. My only complaint regarding staff was that there was no extra effort made to inform guests about the activities happening on the property. It seems you are expected to just figure it out on their app and I did not find the app to be...

'Property and staff were ok. I would recommend this property. There were signs of work being done as a result of the hurricane Melissa. The parking lot is a bit far from main property. The parking lot needs paving.'

'TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the...

'Nothing made sense'

'The Hotel is spacious with a nice garden. All the staff members and other guests were friendly and polite. The room was kepted clean and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.'

'Dining options are good! Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors. "balcony is too small. No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees) '

'The cove was wonderful'

'The host came out to greet us. Very warm welcome. Large rooms. Clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again !!'

'Het all in is een hele goede optie zelf drank was er bij in Was veheel goed tevreden met het hotel'
