'Top notch'

'The cleanliness was questionable, as I noticed several strands of hair on the bathroom sink and in the bathtub upon arrival. Unfortunately, our air conditioning stopped working on the second night of our stay. We were informed that no other rooms were available and that maintenance was unavailable at the time, leaving us to endure an uncomfortable night until the issue could be addressed the following day. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and one of the better aspects of our stay....

'The Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and hotel were both very clean. The kitchen was under renovation and was closed, so no breakfast was offered. The ice machine didn’t work on the floor I was on. The room had a nice working coffee pot and refrigerator though.'

'Breakfast buffet was great, SO many choices!! Elevator has been down for two months and we were on the 8th floor, so it was quite crowded ascending and descending. Front staff was very nice! Bed was quite comfortable and having a microwave and mini- fridge was great.'

'I always mention the positive things about a stay before the things I didn’t care for. The location is great! Just a minute from 270/23. There’s a McDonald’s & Starbucks within walking distance. The room was clean. The outdated, small bathroom was very clean and the shower head was fantastic. It was very warm when we were there. Thankfully the AC worked great. Rates were low. Checkin was pretty simple but we had to wait for someone to come to help us. The staff was helpful when needed but not...

'I am very disappointed and frustrated with the extremely slow and complicated shipping service. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. I will not be using this service again and do not recommend it.'

'Net en fijn hotel. Zoals aangegeven iets kleins bij de koffie sochtens geen uitgebreid ontbijt maar dit staat ook aangegeven. Alles was netjes en schoon en tussen door ook nog alles schoongemaakt en verschoont dit vroegen zij zelf of ik dit wou. Prima om een paar dagen te overnachten als je zelf gewoon op pad gaat. '
