'The cleanliness was questionable, as I noticed several strands of hair on the bathroom sink and in the bathtub upon arrival. Unfortunately, our air conditioning stopped working on the second night of our stay. We were informed that no other rooms were available and that maintenance was unavailable at the time, leaving us to endure an uncomfortable night until the issue could be addressed the following day. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and one of the better aspects of our stay....

'I stayed at this property on 5/5 & 5/6. The Columbus area was packed with guest for the golf tournament and a major volley ball tournament. I was impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff. I had the opportunity to talk to the GM MO (Mohamed). He genuinely cares about people, his guest and the success of this hotel. While the property is dated, it is super clean, the pool was well maintained, and my room was comfortable. I will stay here again, and for the money you cannot beat the...
