'Let’s start with the pros:
Nice and cozy homely place
Not too crowded
Nice beach
Nice staff
Now cons:
Chef Christian was horrible, not cooperative even with kids
Refused to let us take a jelly sandwich for a full day tour
Front staff won’t allow outside cabs if you don’t hire their recommended services
Water was not sufficient or bottles not available anywhere on the property '

'Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door.
W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard.'

'Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig. '
