'Location right to the beach, its a bit older hotel and lunch/dinner could be better'

'Daniel my personal assistant made this birthday trip for my daughter and I so much special . He arranged dinner at all the restaurants and surprises us with a birthday celebration at the steakhouse. Once we came back to the room it was decorated with balloons, chocolate covered strawberries and he left a birthday note for my daughter. We stay in the Star Class Junior Ocean View Suite. The room was clean and smelling pleasant every day.'

'The location is pretty good but if you’re looking to explore on your own, rent a car. If you do rent a car be aware that the price you’re quoted never includes TPL (third party liability) and is required by CR law. It’s about $15-$20 a day. The resort itself is a decent layout, but be prepared for a lot of walking (and stairs) or waiting for the shuttle. The pool closes at like 7 or 8 for whatever reason, so don’t get your hopes up for night swimming. The beach is about 5 meters from a public...

'Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig. '

'La vista de la Bahía le falta cortar las puntas de los árboles que tapa la visibilidad. La limpieza de las habitaciones excelente la comida terrible no había variedad y de los hoteles también terribles no había variedad en cócteles y cerraban el bar a las 8:30 de la noche y los postres los mismos de siempre tres días seguidos nos dieron pastas y tres días seguidos nos dieron chuleta terrible pasamos dos noches con diarrea porque a la comida le echan demasiado mantequilla o no sé qué le echan...
