'If I could decorate my own vacation get away, this would be it. The home was exactly what we needed for our stay in a peaceful, clean neighborhood with easy parking, and close to a shore and dining, as well as additional shopping by car. It was perfect for my older small dog, as the porch is level to a lawn so she didn't have to climb up and down stairs. I have nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, place to stay in Seattle.'

'It use app to operate the main door but we're not good with it. Luckily there's a physical key. I think we're expected to have our meal on the porch since there's no table inside the cabin except a little couch side table. We are not sure if the little TV works. We only tried it once and not able to watch a game.The hair dryer is a cold air dryer that doesn't work for my hair.Also the room heater in the bathroom wasn't working or we didn't know how to use. 'Great place (really cute decor ;)) for 4 people. We enjoyed the 2 separate spaces. Everything was clean, and it was a well-stocked kitchen! The main house got a little warm and the little house was cooler, temps wise. Easy in/out, easy parking etc. We loved that we were a short drive from downtown Ballard. Thank you! '

'This is a very small but well designed cottage in the yard of a larger house that is also rented as a vacation property. This is a a good neighborhood in a great location. However, the cottage is on a wooded lot and is very damp. There is a strong mold/mildew odor. The owner has apparently recognized this and placed a scent dispenser in the unit that only makes things worse. Also, there are appliances (hot plate, electric kettle) plugged into an extension cord that is plugged into a power strip....
