'Beautiful property. Clean room. However its a bit Overpriced for what you get. They tried to overcharge me for the "hotel fee" immediately upon check in. Just be prepared to over pay for everything and be hounded over and over by relentless vendors when you're relaxing on the beach. The town of Puerto Peñasco is in rough shape, and reminded me of the dirty sketchy side streets of ghetto Tijuana. But hey.. it's Mexico '

'The view and balconies are perfect. The condo is very well equipt with what we needed. The beds were super comfy and everything decorated very cute. We wanted to move in. The only drawback was the music from the club late into the night but we knew it was a fair distance away (because our son was there) and that it is only during spring break that it that loud.
