'Host was fantastic, accommodating and responsive. Cabin was clean, great porch for sitting and having coffee. My dogs loved running in the yard.'

'We really liked our small little cabin. Hot tub was a definite bonus. The only thing I didn't love was the crowdedness of the sleeping area. Which I knew it would not be very big because of the small cabin itself, but it just seemed complicated to navigate. Of course we're not very young either.'

'This is such a great place! It was perfect for our family of 4. Our 14 and 12 year old loved the loft space, and my husband and I were super comfy in the bedroom. The lower level was great for family time in the evening, and where we all hung out at the end of the day. The property surrounding was so peaceful and helped us feel completely relaxed. We have land at Lake Carroll, and this was an easy 20 minute drive. Looking forward to staying here again when we come back!'

'I took my twins here for their tenth birthday for some father son time and they loved it. They wanted to move there. The cabin is very cozy and the host were wonderful. We hung out around the fire pit a lot. We went fishing at Lake Le-Aqua-Na, and just drove around in the country. My twins want to visit there again, i think booking in the Fall would be great . I highly recommend if you are looking for a chill and cozy get a way .'

'Check in and out was really easy. A beautiful place! The cabin was comfortable and well stocked. Bellevue is my hometown and it is a wonderful place to visit and stay. The cabin is right on the Mississippi River. '

'The house was the perfect size for the two of us and our dogs. It felt very private and was well kept.One note is the house is on an unpaved street, which made it difficult to go out walking on our trip as it rained a lot and even when it wasn’t the road was very muddy. Can’t control the weather though!'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. The property itself is cozy and well appointed. It's very close to downtown Cherry Valley which provided some great dining options. We are planning on returning at some point. '
