'Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the room cleanliness could use improvement. There was visible mold buildup around the shower door/corner area, which made the bathroom feel less clean than expected. Hoping they can address the maintenance issues because the service itself was great.'

When we returned from Kings Island, my son opened our room door without a key card. How long our room and personal property was accessible, I don't know. When I went to the front desk, he immediately came with me to our room and reset the lock with a "watch" on his wrist. They have over 90 security cameras on property, but the fact that our room was not...

'The caulk on the tub was moldy. No interaction with staff. Eggs were watery. Room was clean except tub area.'

'Clean room with nice amenities on my first day. However, I was disappointed that there was no daily service for basic cleaning and refreshing coffee pods (I only had coffee for one of my 3-day stays, asking only once but didn't have followup time). The staff was very friendly and the clean room puts it high on my satisfaction.'

'Breakfast, pool, gym, and hot tub area was clean and maintained. Room was clean. Only 2 complaints, bathroom is so tiny. I stayed with my 2 boys and they are both 6ft, it was a struggle. Also, washer and dryer is available but they don't have quarters at the property or at any gas station/store near. Hopefully they get an ecteronic payment option soon or have quarters available. if your a travel sport parent. The washer and dry is a must.'

'Would be best to know about $75 security deposit prior to arriving to hotel; this was a big inconvenience. Also the price just not worth what was given. Towels could’ve been new or gently used, some had staines on it. One of the elevators were non functional but no sign it was just obvious when only one kept going up and down.'

'Staff were pleasant and courteous. Hotel conveniently located off the highway. Even with the hotel completely booked for sports tournaments at the time of our visit, you never knew. Staff kept the main areas clean and enforced the quiet hours once 10pm arrived. As we have family in the area, we plan to use this hotel again.'

'Over price gouging on all the kids events , and food way over priced and most not even fit to eat , seen roaches all over the place , will never plan on going back !!! Charged twice for parking $80 for two nights !'

'Unfortunately, I became ill on the morning I arrived in Mason. I asked the young man working at front desk if he could check me in early (before 3pm) he worked with staff to get my room ready by 1:30. He was very helpful.'
