'Location is great! There’s shopping, arcade, movie theater and many wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff was really nice and friendly. Breakfast was lacking. I wouldn’t call it buffet, very basic and not too much variety.'

'After having issues with no air conditioning we were told that the only two options were to have a fan or leave and get a refund. While I am understanding that issues arise, the staff acted like this was a huge inconvience for them and wouldn't help. The pool was down and there was no communication of this prior to traveling, which I've experienced with Holiday Inn's'
