'My wife and I arrived at 2:40 pm, knowing that after travelling all day that maybe we could check in before the standard check in time of 3:00pm. The front desk clerk immediately looked at our reservation and said our room wasn't ready. When asked when it might be ready, and she stated that the check in time is 3:00pm. We waited in the lobby. There were long black hairs left in several places in the room. The door closures were poor and doors slammed throughout the night. The HVAC unit rattled when running.'
