'They were doing construction so limited exposure to a normal stay at the property. The elevator broke along arrival and since they were doing construction it was a challenge to get to our room'

'The room was not clean upon our arrival. The window in the room, which was located on the first floor, was left open. The pull-out sofa had a blood stain on the mattress, and there was hair in the bed. When we requested additional sheets, the replacement sheets provided were also torn. We spoke with the staff at the front desk multiple times, but they were not helpful or sympathetic regarding the condition of the room. We explained that we were traveling with children and that these conditions...

'We got there and there was an issue with us checking in. We paid for the room in advance and had to pay the deposit when we got there. We got into the room and there was a dirty wet towel on the bathroom sink and the tub looked gross. At 8 am we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping banging on the door as if it was the cops with a search warrant. Which that happened because of the check in issue. Go downstairs to find out breakfast was not being held but no one informed us at check in the night...

'Chose to stay here because I had an early flight the next day. Price point was good. Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated. Bed, pillows and linens in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty.'
