'My wife and I were traveling to the area to see a concert at the Darien Lake Amphitheater and booked the Asa Ransom House for an overnight stay so we didn’t have to drive back so late. Unfortunately the concert was postponed, but we liked our stay so much that we reserved the same room for the rescheduled concert date. 'Inn is beautiful and historic. Inn and all rooms were clean, nicely decorated with natural and historic scenes. The bathroom was spacious with soft and plush towels. Dining area lovely with long wooden table. Chef was very nice and her breakfast was excellent and tastefully laid out. Hope to return for a longer stay in the future.'

'I thought the bathroom was in the room. There was a sink in the room but I had to go outside my room to use the toilet and shower. I called about it since there is no staff on site. I was told that there was nothing they could do as all rooms booked. When I arrived there were a few keys sitting there for people who had not arrived so think changes could have been made. My room reservation said park view. I had no park view. The location is very nice but beware of what your room actually is....

'Very friendly proprietors, helpful in giving tips for the area. Room was clean and comfortable and the house very nice. Breakfast was very nice and I appreciated having coffee and snacks available all day. Very good experience.'

'Dan & Jamie were very kind and nice, and communication with them was excellent. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt dreamy. The street was also very quiet and nice. It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.'
