'Tthe history of the property itself was amazing. Not to mention the surrounding area. The house was near to the community but also far enough out to be very quiet and peaceful. We loved the open floor plan of the main level but if you have issues with mobility, accessing the stairs to the second floor may be an issue. '

'Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last.'

'We had a lovely stay in Deena’s cottage. The cottage was super convenient to the car ferry, and we took many fun trips into Williamsburg and Jamestown with the kids. We enjoyed the private slice of beach right outside the cottage and kayaking with the kids in the river. Deena was incredibly communicative and knowledgeable and the check-in/out process was seamless. The cottage was well-appointed and the kitchen well-stocked and had everything we needed. All in all, the cottage was a perfect...

'Stay was very enjoyable. Close proximity to the beach, but does require crossing a main road. Home was very clean. Two minor inconveniences but did not impact overall trip. One could’ve been user error. Could not get outlets to work in one of the rooms and the second was a light bulb went out in a bathroom which we swapped with another extra bulb in a different room. '

'We loved staying at Sandy Mutts ! Communication was great , location and access to the beach was convenient and perfect as well. We only stayed for a couple of nights but it was just what we needed. We brought our chihuahua and kitty along and they were comfortable and happy. We did bring our own towels and it worked for us. I will definitely be coming back. '
