A ground floor side walkway provides a secure heavy-duty lock area for storing bikes or beach gear beneath the stairwell.
KITCHEN & AMENITIES:
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware and includes all major and small appliances. A breakfast bar with seating for three adds additional dining space. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Heating is provided for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one queen pullout sofa bed is provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: Full laundry facilities are located in the hallway laundry room and are available for guest use. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: One carport parking space is provided per unit and is suitable for most vehicle sizes, accessed via the rear alley. Additional neighborhood parking is available, including both metered and unmetered options.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and or recording devices in outdoor spaces and or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
