'We stay in this hotel every year and we like it for the location, price, room configuration, two bathrooms, and shower water pressure. It's never been really clean and good smelling, but we overlook it for the above reasons. This year the stay was just terrible. The hallway and our room smelled like wet dog. The shower curtain rod in one bathroom was broken so we all had to shower in the same bathroom. Both sink drains were messed up. There was construction happening, so drilling and...

'Loved the location. The cabin was well designed and clean. Staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful. Parking was easy and amenities were excellent. Looking forward to returning.'

'It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it.'

'Elevator out. Pool was closed. Room smelled musty and moldy. Carpet was gross (musty/moldy). There was no hot water. Visible mold throughout. No real lighting in the room. Breakfast was a continental with the option to microwave pancakes. They did give us another room after they saw all the issues. The new room was much better but still had visible mold and the toilet did not work well (running). This place needs to be closed for a full renovation.'

'Het hotel is nogal verouderd en niet erg schoon. Sigarettenpeuken in het trappenhuis. Ook zaten er stink bugs in de kamer. We hebben er 14 gevangen. Deze komen door kieren van niet goed sluitende deuren en ramen en via airco naar binnen. We zijn een dag eerder vertrokken. Buiten dat een leuk zwembad en aardig personeel. '

'Stayed with my family for a weekend. Had a lot of fun from swimming in the pool needed to be cleaned in some areas but had fun going down the slide to relaxing in the jacuzzi. To taking the trolly to town to seeing baby cubs outside the hotel.'

'Prima bedden, top locatie maar housekeeping en ontbijt / ontbijtzaal zeer matig, kleine ruimte om te ontbijten waardoor er te weinig plaats was om te zitten, yoghurtautomaat waar geen yoghurt in zat.'

'The hotel is off the main road through Gatlinburg. The surrounding area was remarkably quiet, despite the ongoing construction across the street. We walked to and from the hotel to the Aquarium, about 15 minutes. The park was easily accessible from this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the staff was courteous, and breakfast was the typical hotel fare. I would definitely stay here again.'
