'Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

'Ana was very helpful in booking our airport shuttle. She went out of her way to help us book the shuttle. The man who help us check in, not so much. When I asked him how to book the shuttle, he just pointed to a computer screen in the lobby. '

'The entire staff is amazing. Gorgeous hotel is quiet and within walking distance to food, grocery & upscale shopping. Love the hydration stations on all floors (love that tiny ice) & the valet attendants are very personable & professional. Visit the park a few blocks down!'

'We were only there for one night but it was perfect for our situation. We were traveling with our dogs, and this was the only place that would allow 3 pups. The place was super clean albeit a bit outdated. The room was super quiet, and the neighborhood was perfect for walking the dogs. Plenty of parking around the building. We will be coming back next time we are in the city.'
