« Je n’ai pas reçu les informations pour le Check-in malgré plusieurs envois de messages 3 jours avant mon départ et me suis retrouvée à la rue à minuit, impossible de contacter l’hôtel, même pendant les heures d’ouverture. Hôtels.com n’a pas non plus réussi à les contacter. »

« This really was an oasis! Super-comfortable and well-equipped, it was a home away from home. It has excellent walkability, with fabulous restaurants and cafes and the waterfront right on your doorstep. Our hosts were very responsive and kind - we had a minor crisis on Saturday night and they responded promptly and offered generous support. This is an excellent find! »

« The room was nice, there should have been 4 towels instead of just 2 and an extra blanket as just the sheet and bedspread were thin for cold nights. We did see staff in the morning and got another blanket they were very nice. Parking was tough. »

« It was a perfect location , clean and nice little kitchen . Unfortunately the bathroom smelled like smelly armpits, the closet had only one hanger , there wasn’t a can opener or dish rack and there was only one dish towel . »
