• Resort Front Desk Operating Hours: The front desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for seamless guest assistance, late-night arrivals, and prompt service.
• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Standard check-in begins strictly at 4:00 PM, and checkout time is strictly 10:00 AM.
• Early Checkout Fee Policy: If you choose to change your departure date after arrival, an early checkout fee equal to 100% of one night's room rate plus applicable taxes will be assessed.
• Late Checkout Fee Policy: Late checkout is subject to availability. A fee of $150.00 applies for late departures between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Departures after 2:00 PM will incur a late checkout fee equal to 100% of the daily room rate.
• Estimated Nightly Taxes: In addition to the nightly rate, stacked local lodging taxes apply (comprising New York City Hotel Room Occupancy Tax and New York State Sales Tax), which will be detailed at check-in.
• Physical Structural Notice: The Quin features an iconic historic high-rise architecture fully equipped with multi-elevator access. The resort operates using an Allocate Upon Arrival system. Specific unit assignments and exact floor levels are determined dynamically by the resort front desk team at check-in.
[b]HOUSE RULES / POLICIES[/b]
• Check-In Age & Identification: The primary guest registered on the reservation must be a minimum of 18 years of age at check-in. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card upon arrival.
• Credit Card Authorization & Security Deposit: All reservations must be held with a valid credit card. The credit card on file will be authorized prior to arrival for the full anticipated amount of your stay, which includes a mandatory $100.00 security deposit hold. Following your departure, any unused authorization funds will be released to you according to your credit card issuer’s and bank's standard processing timelines.
• Standard Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made past this 72-hour window, or failure to show, will result in a penalty charge equal to the cost of the first night's stay plus tax.
• Hilton Club Owner Bookings: Standard point or exchange booking guidelines apply. Cancellations must be completed within the approved window relative to your specific club tier to prevent credit forfeiture.
• Strict Non-Smoking Policy: 100% smoke-free property within all guestrooms and interior public spaces. This includes vapes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. A dedicated cleaning fine of up to $1,000 USD will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
• Strictly no pets. Only certified ADA service animals that are trained to work or perform specific tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals under ADA guidelines and are strictly prohibited from the property.

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.
The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
