  • Dit appartement ligt op de 4e verdieping en er is geen lift. Dat betekent dat 3 trappen. Voor jou Europeanen en Aziaten, dat is de 3e verdieping. Voordat u verder gaat, zorg ervoor dat u bent ok met dit. De trappen zijn niet uitdagend, maar ze zijn er en wat u moet weten over hen. Wij willen dat u comfortabel zijn, zodat alleen dit appartement boeken als je hele groep is gezond en in staat.

    Deze plek is in de beste locatie, het is enorm met mooie meubels en alles is nieuw omdat het onlangs gerenoveerd.

    Als we zeggen mooi ingericht, bedoelen we het. We hebben brachten meer dan $ 80.000 versieren van deze plek. Het ziet eruit en voelt aan als een modelwoning. Alles was gedacht.

    Laten we praten over de locatie eerste. We zijn direct naast Columbus Circle. Dat betekent dat je een korte treinreis naar overal in de stad in minder dan 20 minuten. Dat gezegd hebbende, zult u niet een trein moeten bezet houden als het vlak naast Central Park! U kunt in minder dan 10 minuten lopen naar Times Square. Het is een Midtown adres voor u zakelijke reizigers en winkelend publiek. Voor de fijnproevers, Hell's Kitchen is daar. Voor het museum liefhebbers, we zijn direct naast het Lincoln Center en de Upper West Side van het Natural History Museum en nog veel meer te bereiken.

    De ruimte is mooi en groot. Dit is een volledig gerenoveerde unit, eind 2016 voltooid. We hadden de hele vloer gestript en opnieuw opgebouwd. Alle van de muren, vloeren, etc zijn gloednieuw. Het is een nieuwe plek in een oud gebouw. Het is de gehele verdieping van het gebouw. Alle drie de slaapkamers zijn erg groot door NYC normen. Je zal niet de buren te hebben.

    De afwerking zijn allemaal top van de lijn. De apparaten zijn high-end, mooie merknaam meubels, het is allemaal gedacht. Elke kamer heeft een queen bed. De elektronica zijn allemaal zo mooi als je in een plaats zou verwachten, zoals dit. Ik blijf hier met mijn familie tijdens de zomers dus ik sparen kosten noch moeite.

    Toen ik persoonlijk verblijf in andermans vakantiewoningen, ben ik altijd teleurgesteld door de kwaliteit van hun voorraden. Je zult niet de ervaring die met mij. De keuken benodigdheden, het meubilair, de handdoeken, alles is top. We hebben zelfs salon kwaliteit föhn!

    Hier zijn een aantal andere interessante functies die opvallen.
    - We hebben een Apple TV, zodat u kunt streamen Netflix of het gebruiken om presentaties in uw onderneming vergadering.
    - De bedden en beddengoed zijn top van de lijn. Je zult in staat zijn om hier te rusten.

Spacious, beautiful, clean apartment. Comfortable all around. AC in all rooms were quiet and performed well in the summer heat. Amply stocked with everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. It is as advertised. Quiet building and apartment (note that one of the 3 bedrooms faces the main street, while the other two are in the back). The location can’t be beat, it’s convenient to several subway lines and so many great places to eat and see within walking distance. Rick is a very responsive and warm host. Thank you, Rick for our wonderful stay in your great apartment!

Great location and manager

The location is wonderful, as is Rick, the property manager. We found him responsive and thoughtful. In particular, his pointers as to dry-cleaners, grocery stores, etc., were spot on and much appreciated. The apartment has no demons - hot water all the time, AC units work, kitchen is well stocked, etc. A few points of feedback: The bedroom door on the room nearest the family room has a lock that doesn't work. My wife and I learned this the hard way. The closets aren't big (deep) enough for the hangers, so you can't shut the doors. Finally, the decor is nice, but sparse. We would have appreciated some kind of art work on the walls - something.

Great Location, Huge Property

My friends and I stayed here for a few months, and the place was amazing! Location was perfect. You can get anywhere in the city very easily. The place was very spacious, and the bedrooms were all so comfortable. The furniture is all very high quality. The kitchen is stocked well with high quality appliances. The only thing was that the internet was a little spotty, so just beware of that if you are needing to work/stream videos from the apartment you might need to bring a booster (with booster it worked great).

Excellent location

This apartment was the perfect spot for a reunion with 6 female friends to see the city sites. We felt safe and comfortable and could walk most everywhere we wanted to go for shopping, the theater district, museums and dining.

Good apartment but some compromises in quality

This property is ultimately a compromise: - great location in NY but it is three flights of steep stairs up from the street (no lift) - well stocked apartment with all the gear but the furniture is starting to age, curtains are in poor shape and the heating is patchy and noisy. The property could be great with a little money spent on refurbishment (new lounge, curtains and fix heating) but in present shape I would struggle to recommend it as good value for money.

Hate to give 3 stars but...

This is a great property with a wonderful location. Our family of 6 fit very comfortably here. Unfortunately we had 3 negative instances which bring my rating to a 3 star. 1. Our 2nd day there we were woken up by pounding on the door. This went on for 20 min. When I finally went to the door, I saw 2 men with badges wanting to be let in. I wouldn’t let them in because I had no idea if they were legit. I called the police. Long story short I had 7 police men at our place. They said this place is not to be used as a hotel and had complaints. That whole ordeal took an hour. I was a bit nervous we were going to be kicked out but thank god we did not. 2. On the 3rd day we were woken up by the cleaning ladies. I guess they had their communication wrong for what day to clean. 3. On our last day, where all 6 of us were getting ready for our flight. We woke up to no hot water. So no showers for our flight home. One of us braved the NY freezing water shower. Rick and the manager were responsive to my text but didn’t know why the hot wasn’t working and weren’t able to get ahold of the building superintendent. However with that being said, I would want to stay here again but only if I had something in writing from the building owner that it was allowed. The cleaning lady on the wrong day is an honest mistake. I understand that once in a while, things can break like hot water heaters. But not going with the building rules on sub renting is a deal breaker, Hopefully they will get that sorted out, The apartment looks just as pictured. Lots of amenities. Everything was clean. The TV is hard to work, but day 3 we finally figured it out.

Great Place to Stay to see New York

Absolutely loved the property and location! Three bedrooms with a ton space to spread out. There was a total of 7 staying here including a 2 year old. Property Management was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. Location was great for not only the typical NY sightseeing ventures, but also easy access to restaurant and shopping. We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to NY.

Awesome Location!

We were a family of 7 and had a wonderful time in this property. The Pros: A large, well maintained, well equipped and clean apartment at a great location. A two minute walk from Central Park and even less to the Subway station that will get you everywhere in Manhattan. The property manager was always responsive and helpful. The Cons: No elevator, no wash machine and dryer (but there's a laundry place a few doors down the block), WiFi was terrible, the neighbor upstairs working out in the early mornings. Bottom line: We had a great time and definitely recommend this place.

Fabulous Stay!

We just stayed at Rick’s apartment about10 days ago. It was amazing. This is the cleanest, most organized property I have ever stayed in. It is spotless and the furnishings at so beautiful and comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the apartment was a perfect fit. So comfortable. It’s huge! Very well stocked for all your needs. The entire process from check in to check out was super easy and smooth. And, the location is fantastic and so convenient. It’s very safe here. We easily walked to Central Park for a bike ride and to Times Square for the theater. The subway is just around the corner. We uner’d too avd that was super easy. There are restaurants right downstairs. The Turkish one was actually really good. We enjoyed the Irish pub a couple of doors down too. There is a Dunkin Donuts a couple of doors down and Starbucks across the street. A grocery store is just down the street a bit. An easy walk. We loved this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent location, large and clean apartment. Building a little bit run down and quite ripid stairs to get suitcases up..... however, the owner was very responsive and caring about his guests having a positive experience. Very enjoable stay!

Great apartment & Great location

The unit is the entire floor of the building, so no neighbors which was great. Well stocked with all of the essentials so we didn't have to do any shopping to live in this unit. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and 100 yards from a major subway station. Central Park is a 3 minute walk. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
