Located on the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with a king sized master suite and a queen sofa sleeper in living area. Located in Marigny Triangle. Over looking Washington Square Park. 5 minute walk to the French Market, the Mississippi River, Esplanade Ave. and the St. Claude streetcar. Walk or bike to anything! Shared courtyard. This is the best location for a unique New Orleans experience!

Guests have sole access to this apartment. The stairwell and patio are shared with other tenants on the property.

There is NO balcony access due to insurance purposes.

Frenchman St. is around the corner with live music and food. Art galleries, retail shops, French Market, music venues, coffee shops and art markets are within walking distance.
