'This is a great property in a convenient location. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in NOLA. We did use streetcar and Uber for Garden District. Condo had adequate space for us and 3 teen daughters. Outdoor common space was good. One of the best things was the kind, friendly tram that wa always working the front desk. Bedroom and bathrooms were well amounted and spacious. Only suggestion for improvement would be a Keurig and also a smart TV in the living room. Doesn’t make sense to...

'Great that pool towels were provided. About 10 minute walk to French Quarter and many other local spots. Some of the first floor rooms are loud as they're in lobby and street level. Not the hotel's fault, but people were constantly dumpster diving for food and the dumpster was just outside our bedroom window. Our other bedroom was near the elevator and sometimes other guests were super loud. '

'The entire unit was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub and jacuzzi were hot and fresh … the unit’s kitchen was clean. The atmosphere was ambient and it’s right next to a paid public parking. It was definitely well worth the stay in downtown New Orleans. It is highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍❤️💙'

'The location of The Natchez is perfect--just across Canal Street from the French Quarter. Close to the streetcar stop if you choose to take it, but also within easy walking distance to Bourbon Street.
