Motels in New Mexico

'The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him. We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything...

'Het was een centraal gelegen en prima plek! De kamer en badkamer waren schoon, een enorm groot bed met goed matras. Enigszins lawaai van de nabij gelegen drukke weg en er is geen buiten waar je kunt zitten. Maar voor prettige overnachting helemaal goed.'

'We love it here and stay a few times a year. The staff is always wonderful and helpful, the breakfast is delicious and it’s walking distance from everything you want to do.'

Het bed was erg smal voor 2 en was pal naast de airco gesitueerd, de airco moest uitgezet worden voor het slapen gaan anders was het te koud en erg storend. Parkeren kan direct voor de deur en is erg fijn.'

'Ok for the price'

'Clean room, beds are good. Shower is good. Ceiling in bathroom had water damage. But they are getting a new roof so I think it will be fixed after. Pool is indoor (did not see it); breakfast was simple. No waffle maker. Note the hotel is on a train rail. Trains do make a lot of noise. '

'The halls smelled like BO and had stains everywhere on the carpeted floor. The elevator was broken and wouldn’t work going down from the second floor, where my room was, because the “down” button was missing. My room had a large puddle of water on the floor right beneath the sprinkler and the two beds. I told staff at the front desk and they remarked that it must be because it had rained the night prior. (This was the middle floor, by the way). They changed my room, and my new room smelled...
