« Our stay was wonderful- the house was exactly as pictured and described. The location was ideal- very close to the inner Boothbay Harbor. »

« An idyllic stay at a property that was delightful, from the views to the overall comfort, and was well and amply stocked with thoughtful amenities. The location is great, in terms of proximity to Damariscotta and environs, but one also feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of summer tourists. The kayaks were fun, as was looking for animals in the water at low tide. A true haven of a rental that was much appreciated! »

The location was perfect for us; convenient to Wiscasset, Damariscotta and Pemaquid Point. Our host was fabulous with his timely communication and down east hospitality. If we pass through this way again, we will be sure to stay here again. »

« Beautiful area and location over looking the water. The kitchen was nice but not a lot of supplies for cooking bigger meals. Campfire had wood and we enjoyed having a fire and sitting outside. »

« I loved the cottage -- very simple, relaxing, in a remote waterfront location. To me: a cottage. To my partner: a shack...but very nice shack. The fireplace threw out enough heat to keep us cozy in the mornings and evenings (late Sept visit). When it was time to leave, our dog stretched out on the grass, his expressive eyes saying "Are you guys serious? Why are we leaving?" « We very much enjoyed this well-located and appointed cottage and appreciated the responsiveness of the owner to a request for grilling materials and the Guest Contact for her responsiveness. Two minor concerns: a stove with oven would have expanded our food prep options, and finding the address on GPS was impossible - only after calling her did Contact email a special map to show us how to get to the cottage. »

« C’était parfait sur toute la ligne. L’emplacement nous permettait de rayonner dans les environs. Petit bémol. Le cottage est près de la route 1 mais en aucun cas cela nous a empêchés de bien dormir. »

« What a beautiful property! My family and I stayed for a few days to enjoy Boothbay Harbor and it was the perfect spot for our getaway. My toddler loved the open floor plan and being so close to the water. It was an ideal distance to downtown without being in the hecticness of it all. Highly recommend!! »

« We loved the house. My adult children enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the water. We enjoyed the strong wifi, and watched movies and enjoyed each other's company in such a lovely spot.I highly recommend vacationing on Pleasant Point Road. »

« Very comfortable, clean small cottage. We slept great in the bed that was provided and it had a futon in the living area . We recommend that only 2 people stay there. They had a toaster oven , a full refrigerator and a coffee maker. It is very close to Route 1, Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta. »

« This is a beautiful property with so many areas to enjoy the weather. We loved watching the lobster boats and wildlife. The evenings were spent drinking coctails beside the firepit. A great place to spend a week in the heat of the summer. »
