« Overall, we enjoyed our time. A few things that need to be addressed, like the distance between the parking and house. You'll need a wagon, something on wheels, especially if you are older. Checking in process is a bit confusing, we had to call the 800 #. However, it's a beautiful spot, very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend. »

« We had a good time in NH! The cottage was very clean, the living area is very spacious, and everything close to a nice lake! Here are few things that we liked a bit less : - The back of the couch was broken - Many dishes were dirty, and the kitchen lacked of few basic things (cutting board, water kettle, non stick pan for eggs, etc.) - Sleeps 5 but w chairs on the table inside »

« Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay. »

« Cute house with great views! Central to many restaurants, activities, and shopping. »

« Everything we needed was there!! We have been coming up to that area for years and love it. It’s easy access to the stores and highway make it a perfect place to stay! We had a four year old with us and the owners made sure there was plenty for her to play with and do! The week was awesome!Thank Karen & John »

« The Cottages at Harvey Lake are adorable. The cottage had everything I needed such as clean towels for showering, a coffee machine, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a sink, a two burner electric stove, a table with chairs and a comfortable bed. If you like cooking outdoors there is a three burner Weber grill. However if you are into grilling, bring your own grilling tools. « Swain lake is a great place to paddle board, swim and kayak. The house had everything we needed. Was comfortable and functional. Easy check in and out. »

« Beautiful. Fantastic view and access to the lake. Wonderful brook running near the cottage. Cottage was delightful. »

« We spent almost a week at the Lake, and had a great time. Nick and Gary were wonderful hosts, and really gave us the space to have what felt like a private vacation. The space was beautiful! »

« Richard was the perfect host! The cottage was immaculate, decorated so nicely, VERY thoughtfully put together with many nice touches! Lots of board games, binoculars, plush bath and beach towels, and so much more! A welcome card with a nice bottle of wine. Kayaks were great! If we needed anything Richard was right there to help!
