The Space:

Escape to the mountains at Stargazer, our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo nestled in the heart of Wintergreen Resort. This thoughtfully designed retreat features a full kitchen, open living and dining space, gas fireplace, and an electric grill with seating on the back deck. Perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. It’s the ideal getaway for couples, families, or small groups.



Wake up to crisp mountain air and scenic views, then enjoy easy access to the resort’s four-season amenities. Hit the slopes for skiing and snowboarding in winter, explore hiking and nature trails in warmer months, play tennis or pickleball, take a short drive to Lake Monocan, or tee off at Stoney Creek Golf Course.



After a full day, unwind on the deck or settle in by the fireplace. With central heat and air, an in-unit washer and dryer, and modern comforts throughout, Stargazer is perfect for both winter escapes and summer retreats.

Guests may use the HOA pools at Chestnut Springs (on‑mountain) and Rodes Farm (valley) from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.



Lake Monocan (20-acre resort lake at 239 Camping Ridge Lane, Stoney Creek) offers swimming, aqua cycles, paddleboards, kayaks, snack bar, and grills; day-use fees please check on Wintergreen Resort Website.



Sherando Lake Recreation Area features a scenic 25-acre spring-fed lake with sandy beaches, shaded picnic areas, rustic architecture, and adjacent trailheads. Day-use is $8 per vehicle (up to eight passengers).



Important Resort Policy Update

As of newly enacted Wintergreen Resort policy: unaccompanied guests (renters) cannot access the gym, indoor pool, or Devils Knob golf course.
