'I almost exclusively stay at the Holiday Inn chains when traveling inter-city. This particular one was one of the worser ones I’ve stayed at. Not sure if it’s because we stayed during the Fourth of July weekend but service was terrible. We didn’t have our room cleaned not one day. We called front desk, would request when leaving the room for the day, even kept the DND off the door. Nothing. Front desk super unhelpful and didn’t care. Also same breakfast every single morning. Other Holiday Inns...

'Everything was great. When my room wasn’t ready upon arrival, staff moved me to a new clean room. Very informative and kind.
Only thing was the breakfast was extremely limited. Just fruit, bagels, and a 24/7 coffee machine.
Otherwise clean, no problems. Perfect for a night stay.'
