I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. 'I stayed at this hotel and had a very unpleasant experience. There was constant noise throughout the night, with people shouting and causing disturbances. One of the guests had a large truck and would start it every night between 12 AM and 3 AM, which was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. Additionally, there were individuals at the hotel who made the environment feel unsafe and inappropriate. It definitely did not feel like a place suitable for families. Overall, I would not...

'They were not willing to refund two of the three nights booked when an emergency interrupted the stay. I never got to the hotel and understand that the first night was too late to be refunded but I felt that the other two nights should have been canceled and refunded.'
