« Il y a un certain laisser aller dans cet hôtel . Les repas sont servis normalement jusqu’à 14 h mais si vous arrivez à 13 h 30 l on ne vous sert plus . Le réassort de bouteilles d eaux ( pour lequel l on paye un supplément journalier ) n est pas systématiquement fait , j ai dû en demander à la réception plusieurs fois . Une fois ma chambre n a même pas été faite !!! Le personnel de la réception est par contre très réceptif aux demandes et mets tout en œuvre pour aider . Nous avons séjourné...

« Great stay at Hotel Heron! They kindly accommodated an early checkin. Interactions with the front desk staff, valet, and restaurant staff were excellent. Looking forward to coming back in warmer weather to enjoy rooftop. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable, got a great nights sleep. »

« L'hôtel est très bien MAIS attention au parking. Il est annoncé comme " libre " par l'hôtel sur le site de hotes.com. On peut donc s'attendre à trouver un parking de stationnement. Que nenni il s'agit uniquement d'un parking sous-sol à 30 $ la nuit. Vous êtes simplement libre de payer si vous voulez vous garer.
