'The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. 'A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. 'Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.'
