« The room was spacious and clean but the air con didn’t work and the room was 27 degrees all night. There was basically no staff on hand and the ones that were there were overworked and not available for the most part. The meal in the evening was almost inedible the £30 steak was all gristle and I ordered a cheesy garlic bread which I came as a normal one, when I mentioned it to the waiter they didn’t do anything. « Pleasant hotel with clean and quiet rooms and plenty of outside parking. Breakfast is good but service is very slow (a mix of a small buffet and table service). Overall, a good place to stay. »
