'Room 10: The carpet looked like it had been vacuumed for a while. Dedicated coffee was still hanging on the apparently washed coffee cups! There was a piece of candy stuck on the floor in the bathroom. There was no toilet brush and the bottom of the toilet was dirty! Too bad because the beds and bathroom looked fairly recent. With some attention to hygiene this would be a good hotel. You have to take into account that it is next to a guarded truck parking lot where the refrigerated trucks can be...

'We booked the family room, we were very happy! With two teenagers, it’s sometimes hard to find a room suitable. Our room was huge and both children had their own spaces, worked perfectly for us! Also lovely to have dinner and breakfast next door, food was very good! '

'A lovely stay, very close to Alton Towers. The staff were lovely & the continental breakfast varied & suited us well. The rooms are separate "chalets" with allocated parking spaces next to each front door. We were concerned that staying in a pub may be noisy, but had a very peaceful night's sleep! 'The hotel room was ok and spacious. Shower gave not so much water. But in general it was a rundown place. We had to wait for food and breakfast long times. At breakfast some plates were not clean. The juice containers were almost empty. And on our departure date we couldn’t get breakfast because of a problem in the kitchen. While having breakfast there was the constant noice of the vacuum cleaner. When mobbing the floor, the employee hardly cleaned the mob in the bucket. The general appearance...
