'What a wonderful place, both front Office area and restaurant have a wonderful view of the forest and a beautiful garden where you can sit have a beer and watch all kind of different birds just outside the window. I have a few tattoos so couldn’t use the public onsen but they have a nice private onsen that we rented for 2000 yen for 1 hour. Was very nice and relaxing. Would come back'

'Good Onsen hotel with reasonable price. Love the onsen facilities with beautiful view of Lake Akan. The buffet dinner and breakfast are impressive, multiple kinds of food with great quality. If there are car park next to the hotel, it would be a perfect stay experience.'

'The rooftop mixed onsen was a big surprise, but super nice as we don't usually get to be with family members of other sex. (You do provide basic swimwear). It was so nice to look over the lake and just chill out in the onsen upstairs, but the main onsen were also incredible. Food options were plenty in the restaurant (buffet style), and it's so close to the Ainu Kotan... definitely worth a visit!!'

'We stayed at Hotel Gozensui during our stay at Hokkaido. The staff was very friendly and helpful and onsen was really beautiful and relaxing. We do recommend eating at the hotel as a lot of restaurants around the area close early (we were there March 2026). For breakfast there’s a little udon restaurant that we highly recommend. '

'A very comfortable place to stay while exploring the area. The hotel is quite new, modern, clean, and well appointed. The lounge with free drinks is a great place to process the day’s adventures while enjoying a local beer or sake. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and charming. I look forward to returning!'

'施設から送られてくるデータが自分のスマホでは開くことができず鍵のパスワードを取得するのが大変でしたが施設自体は素晴らしく満足度でした。 そのあとも何個かデータを送って頂きましたが開けませんでした。 Ａ棟に泊まりましたが、 ソファの上にある照明が身長より低く、 室内も細長い作りのため、 通るときとソファから立ち上がる際に頭をぶつけましたので、 紐で調整できそうな照明なのでもう少し高い位置にして頂きたいです。 あと、壁に汚れがついていたので、気になって拭きましたが、清掃の際に改善して頂けると幸いです。 景色も良く、静かな中でゆっくり過ごすことが出来たので満足です。 また利用したいです。'
