'Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. '

The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here '

'This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally.'

'Great hotel if you want to be right in the city center. The Zocalo was literally around the corner and all shops and places to eat were walking distance. Hotel was able to do early check in for me and check out was super smooth. Housekeepers always made sure we had everything we needed and kept the rooms clean and organized. Highly recommend.'

'First time coming to Mexico City and the hotel was amazing ! From the staff to the hotel ambience it was a beautiful stay . Rooftop pool and bar was easily accessible with great view of the city . Sergio was amazing ( ask for the carajillo ) it’s my favorite drink he makes . Will definitely be coming back to this hotel for my next stay . Mexico City has my heart now forever .'

'This hotel had a great and helpful staff and a central location. Our room was spacious and well maintained. The scented pillows were a nice touch! The on site restaurant was excellent! We loved the terraces on our floor (7th). They provided a unique bonus area for us to unwind after an action packed day. The views were breathtaking!'

'Het hotel is slecht onderhouden, met heel krappe kamers, zeer slechte verlichting in kamers, waardoor men niet eens op bed een krant kan lezen; als men mazzel is er een klein bureautje, ook zonder verlichting. Badkamer is matig geoutilleerd en slecht onderhouden. Ontbijt is inbegrepen maar op sommige dagen is er een rij van 10-15 meter om in de veel te krappe ontbijtruimte op de bovenste verdieping te komen. Dan is het wachten en wachten of omkeren en buiten de deur ontbijten. '
