« Overall the stay was good. Some minor issues that didn’t bother me much but other people might care. The room was very clean which is what I care the most about. Parking was very easy. The hotel has some charm and the rooms are very basic. The bed was pretty firm which was not a problem for us but if you don’t like firm beds this is not the place for you. « I had a wonderful overnight stay at the Graduate by Hilton Storrs. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff provided excellent, friendly service throughout my visit. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making for a relaxing stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and look forward to staying here again on my next visit. Took a better look when we got back from our event and left the key in the drop box and drove home! Tried to contact hotel and acted like it was no big deal. DEAD BUGS. DONT STAY HERE!! »
