The rooms were clean. The place says that it is a historic building but it has been overly modernized. When we arrived there was a private party on the first floor and you could hear and feel the music all the way on the third floor. It ended at 10pm. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people three doors down. Because they went with an over modern decor with the already thin walls there were no sound dampening like pictures on the walls in the halls ways, so it created an echo chamber. Everytime someone opened a door on the floor it was like they were opening it in your room. Friends of ours were directly below us and they could hear us walking around no matter how quietly we were trying to be. Another guest decided to take a video call in the hallway so not to wake the person they were staying with, it was 4 doors down from us really early in the morning, there was no going back to sleep after that. This is a very loud hotel. If you are looking for rest and relaxation don't stay here.
