Note: Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year.

Please note that this is a city condo and Nashville is growing quickly! There may be some construction noise around the area. Also, there is an active train line next door that does make noise when passing. We do provide sound machines for light sleepers. We allow some pets that must be approved in writing by the owner prior to check in. No smoking is allowed in the condo.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is `accepted`. If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $75 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We`ve put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules, we will charge you for it.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential community, please respect our neighbors.
