We have stayed in many VRBO properties. This was one of the best. Printers Alley is a busy place with several bars and restaurants. You can sit on the balcony and watch and listen to the action. When you step inside and close the door you can barely hear anything from outside. The unit itself is very clean and modern. The many USB charging ports throughout the unit were a pleasant surprise as was the availability of charging cables. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The best thing was the location. It is located just a few blocks from Lower Broadway. Check in was simple and communication was great. We were frequently asked if there was anything we needed, but everything was provided so we didn’t need anything. This will be our first choice when we return to Nashville.

Great location!

We exhibited at the Inland Marine Expo held at Music City Center and typically use vacation rentals versus hotels for both the location and value offered. This Loft was immaculate, and the location was perfect! With three in our group, this rental was actually cheaper than the Hotels offered through the Expo.

A gem of a rental!!

This rental is worth every cent. Believe me - you dont want to mess with Ubers - stay here and just walk everywhere you want to go! And the unit is beautiful- fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated. The host is extremely responsive and has thought of everything to make your stay the best it can be. I will for sure book with Majestic Lofts next visit to Nashville!

Perfect for Nashville

This loft in Printers Alley was the perfect place to stay in Nashville. It was close to Broadway and great restaurants. The unit was really clean and comfortable. The host even made sure there were snacks and charger cables for us. I’ve never seen that before but both came in handy. Great stay!

Great apartment in perfect location!

The property was in a perfect location. It was clean, nicely decorated and had pretty much everything we needed. The only critique I have is that there's very little closet and no drawer space, which made living out of a suitcase a necessity. I would have loved to have a dresser or maybe an armoire of some sort in our bedroom. However, it would not prevent me from staying here again. Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!

We stayed at the Majestic Lofts in Printers Alley for 3 nights and it was a great location. Walking distance to everywhere! No need for a car. Space was clean and accommodating. Dawson was very responsive and gave us very easy check in and out instructions. We enjoyed the snacks that were provided and the bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary and my husbands birthday. The loft is above entertainment venues on Printers Ally but the noise was minimal. It was also so nice to sit on the patio and listen to music and people watch. Would recommend this for anyone wanting a great stay with a great location.

Great place. Highly recommend. Just know it’s right on a strip of late night clubs. Super clean, walkable to Broadway and Printers Alley has its own vibe. Great balcony for handing out. Host has great communication.

Majestic Loft 402

Great location. The loft is well stocked, clean and comfortable. The patio is great for morning coffee and cocktails in the evening. The bussle on Printers Alley is quickly quieted when we retreated to our rooms. Briadway is an easy walk. Communication with the host was outstanding. Parking at the courthouse was convenient at a quick walk to the loft. If you are looking for a place for a group to share....Majestic 402 is highly recommended.

Definitely recommend for your trip to Nashville!

This loft completely exceeded all expectations. We absolutely loved the location - within walking distance to everything, including Broadway, so we only had to Uber to and from the airport. The loft itself was beautiful and so clean. The host was extremely accommodating when we arrived early and responsive from the time we booked our stay up until we left. We will definitely stay here whenever we make our way back to Nashville!!

The loft is beautiful, it had everything that you needed, the location is perfect for walking around town. The owners always got back to me quickly and were very accommodating. We had a great stay and are talking about going back next year. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and Perfect Location

What a hidden gem the Majestic Lofts are! We were massively impressed with the location of the lofts. Right in Painter's Alley, above live music and across the street from our favorite location, Bourbon Blues and Boogie Bar and yet only 0.4 miles from Broadway and all that craziness. The loft was spacious and clean. The hosts thought of everything including plenty of dishes, toiletries like shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathtub/showers, phone chargers, towels and paper towels, ROKU TV on multiple tv's, etc... the list could go on and on but it appears they thought of EVERYTHING you could need. The bedrooms are all located at the back of the loft which creates quietness, even though you are literally on TOP of bars and live music. You can't hear anything in the bedrooms. The patio is amazing for hanging out and listening to the activity below. We absolutely LOVED this loft. Our guests (two other couples) really enjoyed the location as well and commented multiple times at how much they loved the location. Thank you Dawson and team for providing such a terrific experience.

Nashville Girls Trip

Wonderful clean and well-appointed loft in Printer's Alley. Great location! We loved the extras that were left for our convenience (bottle of wine, snacks, charging cables). Fantastic place to stay!
