Great stay!

Was supposed to stay here with 2 friends, ended up being just me. The property was clean and conveniently located. Parking was easily accessible and the host made checkout process easy. No issues, would recommend!

It worked

Location was ok. Cleanliness was questionable. Sheets were clean and we weren’t totally creeped out, but there was a lot of dust on the window sill, base boards behind doors, and you could tell things had been spilled/splashed on walls, garbage cans, bathroom cabinetry and not wiped up or cleaned off. Would benefit from a good, deep cleaning.

Weekend away

The studio apartment was prefect for our weekend trip. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The shower was probably my favorite part. Quick ride to Broadway. Amazing restaurant a block away if you don’t want to drive.

Very nice and great location

I'm originally from Nashville and this location was perfectly situated in "new" Nashville. I was able to get around and avoid the horrible traffic of Nashville very easily. Parking was great. The apartment was clean and I had zero issues at all! Will definitely look into this location for future visits!

Spacious unit with lots of room

The walk-in shower is so nice. Everything was neat and clean and having the full size washer/dryer was appreciated. The only thing I thought would be nice to add is blackout curtains. We really enjoyed our stay.

Efficient Studio

The space was comfortable. The wifi was really bad and kept dropping, making my work trip slightly more frustrating. There were also issues with cleanliness (food on the trays, mold in the coffeemaker, dirty dishes in the machine). Very comfortable bed and the washer and dryer in unit were nice.

A/C issues

So this location did not end up being the location we stayed at. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was appreciated. However when we arrived it just felt very humid in the apartment. We followed all instruction given on how to operate the a/c still had no luck. Contacted the host. Host was very responsive said they contacted the a/c company and they will be out on the next available. Asked when their next available was got no response. Let them know that our bedding felt wet from the humidity and response was so sorry very frustrating. Maybe tomorrow the a/c will caught up because it will be cooler. Never happened. Unfortunately, it was very miserable sleeping had to get up and take cold showers just to cool off. Maybe they will fix the a/c

Extremely clean and quite neighborhood. Walk to Starbucks. Short drive to Soda Pop shop which I highly recommend. 2 miles to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again!
