« Lightning for the bathroom sink area was inadequate! The air conditioning did not maintain temperature well. The weighted cover was, in my opinion, way too warm. It helped emphasize the irregularities of the air conditioner. Food was good. Room was quiet. People were all nice. »

« I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

« Breakfast included was just Ok. The juice maker was broken. There were no waffle makers (had been there everyday before my visit per a guest that had been there 4 days already) and the options that were available were just meh. Could have been a lot better! »

« Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!! »

Then called again around 10p told we did not have a room. Not happy had to stay in car not knowing the area. Hotels in the area were sold out »

« Friendly and hard working staff. Very clean and updated rooms. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. Continental breakfast was full of good options and also very clean. I’d definitely recommend booking this hotel »
