« The room was clean, and the housekeeping service was spot on. The only drawback was dirty laundry in the hall for our first day at the hotel. Additional hooks in the bathroom would be useful. We were very happy with this nice hotel. »

« Lightning for the bathroom sink area was inadequate! The air conditioning did not maintain temperature well. The weighted cover was, in my opinion, way too warm. It helped emphasize the irregularities of the air conditioner. Food was good. Room was quiet. People were all nice. »

« Location was great which is why we chose it, but, unfortunately it is really a dump. No amenities to speak of. Had to ask for a wastebasket. Only one towel. There were two of us. No Kleenex or cups. Floor and closet had some debris on it. Closet was bare walls that someone started to paint. Paint drips on the floor. Bed was ok. On the soft side, but comfortable. « Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!! »

« I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. « When we got to the hotel we were told we did not have a room. They were sold out. 9 hits of driving to be told sold out. I even called them at 5pm telling them we would have a late arrival.
