Each reservation includes one parking space. Please note that parking in unassigned areas or areas that obstruct traffic will result in a €70 fine. If you arrive with a second vehicle, you can request an additional parking space at a cost of €70, subject to availability.

Completely renovated, it consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living room with sea views. The maximum capacity is 5 people, thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed and armchair bed in the living room, both equipped with high-quality mattresses.
Outside, a magnificent terraced garden with panoramic views offers the ideal space to relax: you will find a pagoda, a table with chairs, and two deck chairs, perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset or moments of relaxation surrounded by nature.

Once you pass through the park gate, the traffic and chaos of the city will seem far away, while still being perfectly connected: the bus stop is right next to the main entrance, allowing you to easily reach the seafront and the city center.
