'This is probably the best hotel for the money I have ever seen. It was really a spectacular place. It compares well with such great values as The Salisbury Hotel in Hong Kong. The staff was remarkably well trained. The were fluent in English and very attentive. The room itself was huge, looked brand new and was extremely well decorated. The breakfast buffet was excellent, served in a pretty restaurant that was quiet and friendly. This has to be seen to be believed. I will never consider any...

'Zeer goed zakenhotel met goed Engels sprekende receptie. Erg schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Om de hoek ligt de metro en er is een mega grote stopping mall aan de overkant. Zou er zeker terug naar gaan. '

'Communicatie in China blijft altijd een item. Hotel is verder mooi en ruim opgezet en dichtbij het beurs gebouw. Zit een shoppingmall bij, dus alles is dicht bij de hand. '

'Nice comfortable clean hotel near Xuanwu subway. But aircon broke down on third day and we had to shift to another room. Hotel counter staff do not appear familiar with basic tourist information and could be better equipped with local knowledge of tourist attractions, transport to other places outside Nanjing, where to locate certain landmarks etc...'

'Fantastic location. Restaurants , supermarket Very close by and major shopping centre just across the road.We stayed for six nights. Very attentitive friendly helpful staff who really care about their customers. Would very much recommend.'

'They allow SMOKING in this property. We have asked for non smoking rooms and when we went to our room, it was smelling smoke. We went back to talk to the receptionist and we saw someone smoking in the corridor. They have ask trays by the elevator door. We went to complain but they said nothing they can do. Do not stay here if you want a smoke free place '

'Staff helpful when complained about my earlier room that is stained with tobacco smell. People spat into plants in hotel lobby and smoked in elevators but this is my persistent complaint about China in general. Quite a lot of mainland Chinese don't seem to be able to understand the basic hygiene and health implications with such behaviours.'
