'Small but nice place in the Tokyo suburbs with excellent communicaton to the owners, a decently sized fridge with a freezer and a small tub. My partner and I sincerely enjoyed our stay and the calm but convenient spot. They are also flexible with reservations for minors and will accept a digital consent form, which was very practical.'

'Condensed version as forced to resubmit review. Property was changed from max 6 to 4 AFTER we booked. Beds supposedly for 2 were singles with 2 pillows. Toilet cannot be used by anyone much over 6' as two of us were. Condition questionable - broken interior door locks and holes/rips in doors. We could not stay, had to find hotels at the last minute.'

'Everything about Kizen Villa was magnificent. The hosts were so friendly and interesting. They love meeting people from all over the world and they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We had more space than we could have ever hoped for staying in Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful as well as the kitchen. I am so happy we stayed here.'
