PARADISE RESORT is located on the oceanfront approximately 22 blocks south of downtown Myrtle Beach, where you will find amusement parks, shopping, restaurants and many exciting attractions.

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath OCEAN FRONT CONDO is located on the 11TH FLOOR of the resort. Relax on your private balcony while having your morning coffee and watch the breathtaking East Coast sunrises. With beach-themed DESIGNER FURNITURE, this unit is simply GORGEOUS! KING BED IN THE PRIMARY BEDROOM, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps 8 people. There is a WASHER/DRYER and a FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN with granite counter tops for those days when you just feel like staying at the beach and dining in.

The PARADISE RESORT offers MANY AMENITIES! Spend the day at the beach and riding the waves, or grab a tropical drink from the poolside tiki bar and relax by the large oceanfront pool. The kids will love the covered lazy river and is great for days when the weather is not cooperating. There are also 2 indoor jacuzzi pools for the adults to enjoy. Around the pool deck, you will find fun things to do like cornhole or a giant chess game.

SANDALS, THE ONSITE RESTAURANT, serves breakfast year round plus lunch and dinner in the summer months. Sandwiches are also served at the POOLSIDE TIKI BAR with an OCEAN FRONT PICNIC AREA at which to dine.

ALL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HELD TO THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
