'I arrived 12 hours late after missing my connection. Staff ensured my airport transfer was changed and even helped me with a sulphur bath appointment. My room was tiny but clean, quiet and adequate for one person. Breakfast was sufficiently filling, but is put away promptly at 11 (so set an alarm). Front desk is always available to assist with directions. Able to store luggage after checkout. Great hotel near Old Town!'

'It is close to the city centre (if you like walking), the view and breakfast are incredibly beautiful. the staff were extremely hospitable and very interested. the room was designed to meet all my needs. 'Mooie locatie. Alleen wij hadden de gele kamer, en deze is niet schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf, wij waren er 5 dagen. Zwembad had geen voorziening om in en uit te stappen, dus je kon het zwembad bijna niet uitkomen, aangezien ik een blessure aan mijn arm heb. Dit kan echt niet.'
