'Warmly recommended. It's a lovely hotel in Tbilisi's old district. We liked the room a lot. It was very closy, comfortable and also provided a balcony in our case. 'Wonderful staff at the reception. Very professional, they communicate in English, very helpful , and go out of their way to make one feel at home. 'It is close to the city centre (if you like walking), the view and breakfast are incredibly beautiful. the staff were extremely hospitable and very interested. the room was designed to meet all my needs. I did not need anything extra. Tbilisi is a beautiful city. When I come here again, my preference will be this hotel again.'

'I arrived 12 hours late after missing my connection. Staff ensured my airport transfer was changed and even helped me with a sulphur bath appointment. My room was tiny but clean, quiet and adequate for one person. Breakfast was sufficiently filling, but is put away promptly at 11 (so set an alarm). Front desk is always available to assist with directions. Able to store luggage after checkout. Great hotel near Old Town!'

'This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my whole life! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that. 'Nice accommodation in a perfect location, close to all the touristic attractions and close to many good restaurants. The accommodation had very friendly and helpful staff. There was no elevator and since we were traveling 4 countries and had a lot of luggage, the staff helped getting the luggage up and down the stairs. Even when we left at 3:00 in the night they were there to help. Room was clean, big and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.'
