'Ao chegar, mesmo antes da hora, me foi oferecido um quarto que já estava pronto e superior ao que tinha reservado. Ou seja, me deram um upgrade de quarto e um checkin antecipado. O quarto era muito confortável, com cama grande, minibar, chaleira elétrica. Banheiro com chuveiro com água boa e quente. Café da manhã com variedades. Staff muito atencioso. Próximo a vários pontos turísticos. Ao lado de um Carrefour enorme. Fica uma ressalva, pois o quarto não possuía um isolamento acústico muito bom...

'Wonderful staff at the reception. Very professional, they communicate in English, very helpful , and go out of their way to make one feel at home. Two of them we came across was George and Nana…both were amazing. Housekeeping staff wonderful…our rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was good. Gigi & Nika were exceptional. All staff we came across are a great asset to Makmani. The Hotel is walking distance to city center, shopping, restaurants, attractions etc. ...

'This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my whole life! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that. Breakfast is spectacular, with the beautiful piano playing live. The location is perfect. There is an underground bridge nearby that leads you to where the good restaurants are. I really cannot say...

'Het hotel, de kamer, de bedden en de badkamer zijn prima. Niet echt luxe, maar het voldoet goed. Fijn dat er een mini-bar op de kamer is. Elke dag gratis flesjes water en soms zelfs vers fruit als extraatje. Niet al het personeel spreekt Engels, maar als je dan communiceert via e-mail gaat dat ook goed. De locatie is redelijk: dichtbij het centrum, maar in een stil straatje.'
